3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed in the online store include applicable VAT where required, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment providers available in our online store.
4. ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors or product availability issues. If payment has already been made for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing and other disruptions.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers have the right to cancel and return eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, unless handling the product was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning.

For eligible returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal, Flickorna Ab covers the return shipping cost. Please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide the necessary return instructions.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your product is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at elin@elinpafs.com.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to defective products.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers ordering from outside Finland are responsible for ensuring that the products can legally be imported into their destination country.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
